| Island Package Bundle | Customers who have a homeowners, condo unit-owners or renters policy AND a companion personal auto policy, will be rewarded with a multi-policy discount of 18% discount off their personal auto policy, $50 off per eligible vehicle, and 10% off their homeowners, condo unit-owners or renters policy. |
| Renewal Credit or Special Customer Credit | In appreciation to our loyal customers, a credit will be issued to those who renew their policies with Island, Island Premier or Tradewind Insurance. Credit will be applied to most coverages. |
| Premises Alarm or Fire Protection System | Approved and properly maintained installations of alarm or fire protection systems may be eligible for this discount. |
| Age of Dwelling | If you are one of the many who own a home that is less than 20 years old, you could receive additional savings with our age of dwelling credit. |

Home and condo insurance customers receive Equipment Breakdown Coverage, which protects your home equipment (like appliances and devices) from loss by mechanical or electrical breakdown. With approximately 60% of equipment breakdown claims due to damages caused by power surges and 75% of air conditioning system breakdowns caused by electric issues like short circuit, arcing or surge, equipment breakdown coverage can fill an important gap to cover damage that homeowners and condo policies do not.
