| Prior Insurance | 25% discount on your auto insurance if you had at least 12 months of continuous coverage through your prior insurance. |
| Accident-Free (with Built-In Accident Forgiveness) | If you are accident-free for at least 12 months prior to the effective date of your new auto insurance policy and received a similar discount from your prior insurer, you may qualify for an accident-free discount. In the unfortunate event you are involved in an at-fault accident, you may still be eligible to receive an accident-free discount through our built-in accident forgiveness program. Applies to bodily injury liability, property damage liability, personal injury protection, comprehensive and collision coverages. |
| Group | Up to 15% for members of qualifying groups. Current groups include teachers, professors, professional occupations, homeowners and retirees. |
| Renewal | Up to 6% for customers with qualifying auto insurance renewals. |
| Hybrid Vehicle | 5% for hybrid vehicle owners. |
| Island Package Bundle | Customers who have a personal auto insurance policy AND a companion homeowners, condo unit-owners or renters policy will be rewarded with a multi-policy discount of 18% off their personal auto policy, $50 off per eligible vehicle, and 10% off their homeowners, condo or renters policy. |
| Multi-Car | Available when two or more vehicles are covered under one policy. Discount applies to most coverages. |
| Anti-Theft System | Vehicles with anti-theft devices may qualify for a discount on other than collision coverage. You’ll just need to provide the make and model information of the system. |
| Air Bag | Vehicles equipped with air bags will automatically receive a discount on personal injury protection (PIP) coverage. |
| Anti-Lock Brake System | Vehicles with a factory-installed anti-lock braking system will automatically receive a discount on their collision premium. |

Emergency Towing & Labor Reimbursement
Island auto insurance policyholders with collision and other than collision coverages will receive complimentary emergency towing and labor reimbursement up to $75 on covered vehicles for the following emergency services – one per disablement, at the place of disablement.
- Emergency towing
- Lockout service
- Tire change
- Battery replacement
If you have collision and other than collision coverages when your covered vehicle is disabled, and you require emergency towing or one of the services listed above, you can contact and pay the towing company or vendor, and request reimbursement.
Rental Car Reimbursement
Island auto customers with collision and other than collision coverages who require a car rental because a covered vehicle is damaged or disabled for more than 24 hours qualify to be reimbursed for rental car expenses. Specific limits apply.
